Step 1: Book Your Free Discovery Call

This is your starting point—simple, quick, and intuitive.

Schedule a quick 15-minute discovery call to get a feel for how I work and whether this program resonates with you. Trust your gut—if it feels like a "yes," we'll take the next step together.

Step 2: Pre-Session
This no-pressure consultation is designed to help us connect more deeply before you commit.

We’ll explore:

  • Your personal goals and what “becoming your priority” truly means to you
  • Any challenges, blocks, or habits that are currently standing in your way
  • How this 3-month program is structured and how we can tailor it to your pace and lifestyle

You’ll leave this session with a clear understanding of how the program can serve you—and whether it’s the right fit. There's no obligation to continue unless it feels aligned.

Step 3: Get to work

During our pre-session, I’ll take the time to explain in detail the coaching method I offer and its results. But here are some key points:
It is designed for people seeking greater joy, satisfaction, and awareness across all areas of life.

Sessions last 90 minutes and take place every two weeks on a fixed date and time. Each session includes:

  • A body-centred practice to calm the nervous system, enhance grounding, and promote neural plasticity;
  • A self-discovery process developed by Anthropedia—a U.S.-based research institute with over 20 years of expertise in mental health and well-being—is designed to address various aspects of life that foster true happiness and freedom.
  • And, when needed, I intervene with co-active coaching to help you overcome inner blocks, limiting beliefs, critical inner voices, or fears—allowing you to naturally reconnect with your innate state of well-being.

The program is designed to keep you moving. It isn't hard, but the work goes deep; every session comes with exercises, journaling, and introspective work to help you grow. I keep you accountable and check in between sessions.
