WHAT TO EXPECT?

Wondering what the process looks like from the first contact to the end of your coaching journey? Here’s a simple breakdown of what to expect when we work together.

Step 1: Get in Touch
The first step is easy—just reach out!
Book a free discovery call, it's quick, and that will immediately give you a sense of what I do; intuition will do the rest.

Step 2: Pre-Session
This no-obligation consultation is an opportunity to meet, explore your goals, and learn about the approach and tools I use in coaching.
You’re welcome to ask questions, share any concerns, and clarify what you’d like to achieve.
We’ll also discuss the best structure and frequency for our sessions based on your needs.
There’s no pressure—you're free to walk away at any point if it doesn’t feel right for you.

Step 3: Choose the Coaching Method that Suits You Best

During our pre-session, I’ll take the time to explain in detail the coaching methods I offer. For now, here’s a brief overview of the two main approaches:

I. Standard Co-Active Coaching
These are 45-minute sessions focused on helping you achieve a specific goal—referred to as your Agenda (A). Each session is structured into three parts:

  • Awareness building, to explore and deepen your understanding of the goal;
  • Action planning, to define clear steps forward;
  • And concluded with three accountability questions designed to support your progress and allow me to assist you more effectively.

II. Well-Being Coaching
This is a more holistic approach, ideal for those seeking greater joy, satisfaction, and awareness across all areas of life. Sessions last 90 minutes and take place every two weeks. Each session includes:

  • A body-centred practice to calm the nervous system, enhance grounding, and promote neural plasticity;
  • A self-discovery process developed by Anthropedia—a U.S.-based research institute with over 20 years of expertise in mental health and well-being—designed to address various aspects of life that foster true happiness and freedom;
  • And, when needed, I incorporate elements of co-active coaching to help you overcome inner blocks, limiting beliefs, critical inner voices, or fears—allowing you to naturally reconnect with your innate state of well-being.

Step 4: Scheduling Your Sessions
Consistency is key for meaningful progress.
If we decide to work together, we’ll find a regular time—weekly or bi-weekly—that suits your schedule.
I’ll reserve that spot just for you so we can build momentum together.

Step 5: The Coaching Journey
This is where the real work begins.
My role is to offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore, grow, and move past the blocks that are holding you back.
I won’t give you the answers—but I will ask the right questions, gently challenge you, and celebrate your wins along the way.
We’ll regularly check in on your progress and adjust as needed.

And remember—you’re always free to pause or stop our work at any time. This journey is entirely yours.
